Outdoor seating for now. It was during a chilly day. They have the heater on above each outdoor table :) very considerate. Foods and services are good too. It's definitely more spacious than the one in North Park.

Delicious food, great service. Definitely early to make reservations, it gets crowded the closer to brunch time. Everything is looked and tasted great. Definitely recommend it.
We visit San Diego often and this is hands down the best place to get breakfast in San Diego. We ate here 2 days in a row and loved it both times. The breakfast burger and shrimp and grits were amazing! The service was good too!
I've had breakfast at this location for several months and although I always get the same item, I consistently enjoy their service and meal. They have plenty of options including drinks and various pancakes so your biggest problem would be making a choice. Highly recommended.
Damn good breakfast! Egg,-celent in fact; the grits were unbelievably delectable and the coffee outstanding. Great place with wonderful service, unique menu and upbeat and eclectic crowd. A happy place!
