We were looking for a second hand surfboard for our daughter on fb, Lee contacted as he could tell I didn't have a clue what we were looking for and were about to purchase a completely unsuitable board for our daughter. He gave us some excellent and sound advice. We ended up buying her a new board with all the kit, leash, case etc. Top drawer advice and help, top top customer service.

Picked up two new bic boards from the board barn this morning. Super friendly staff with an awesome atmosphere in the shop, if it wasn’t for the waves being so good we could have hung around all day! They set both boards up with fins leashes and they took the time to wax them for us :) will be back next time we are in Braunton even if it’s just for coffee!
Fantastic service. I had a fin jammed stuck in its socket for over a year, and I never stayed anywhere long enough to get it fixed. Took it to the board barn as had a week in the area, expecting to leave it a day or two. Not only did he fix it in a couple seconds, he also didn’t charge anything. Very grateful!
More than happy with my experience with board barn after trying numerous shops to get the board I wanted stumbled across board barn who didn’t have any in stock but informed me of a delivery mid October and that they would contact me when it was available, from then they could not do enough to make sure I got my board and accessories etc brilliant communication throughout would definitely go back
