There were allot of people in our group, so much so that I kept crashing into kids which felt unsafe, combined with large waves and a strong tide. My ankle wire got stuck on someone’s board at one stage which was a bit scary/worrying. The beach was later closed because of the strong tide. You don’t get much help once in the water and i found myself nose diving several time’s. They would not refund my second session which I cancelled because of the above conditions which had caused aches and pains for at least two days after.

Had a brilliant lesson with Nick thorn surf school. So helpful and patient.
We had lessons with Evo who was great. My 7 year old daughter took to it like a duck to water. Best to bring your own wetsuit for kids as choice limited. Brilliant spot and team to learn surfing with.
My 7 year old nephew and i had a Lesson with Tabby who was amazing! She had Bertie stood up in no time,was incredibly patient and super cool. 100% recommend.
