Expat Experts should be the first people to call if you are looking to sell, buy or rent your house!!! I cannot speak highly enough of my experience with real estate agents from Expat Experts.I have pleasure to work with Barborka,Kristinka and Veronika when looking for renters for my houses.From day 1 , all team were extremely responsive all throughout the negotiations and closing , girls were there quickly handling any issue that may have risen.If the time comes whenI will be looking for renters or a new home, there isn't any question on who my real estate will be! We worked with Mrs Maria Cillerova from expat experts to buy a flat. She was very helpfull, super fast and extremely trustworthy throughout all processes. We wouldn't be living in our own flat right now if she didn't assist us. The process was smooth and open. She explained and translated all documents and conversations to us since we can not speak Slovak Language. Don't hesitate to work with this institution you won't be sorry.
I emailed Expat Experts a couple of months expressing interest in renting a property. A woman called Lucia replied and we arranged a video viewing of the property. There was no negotiation to when the video viewing was, we were just given a time and expected to attend or not. It then at the last minute was moved back a couple of hours from 1030am to 1pm. I had had to reschedule my work day in order to make time for the initial meeting. It gets to 1pm and I am waiting with my wife sat in front of our computer, waiting for a phone call. We wait 25 minutes and then get a Whatsapp message stating that the 'owner had forgotten his keys and the meeting had to be cancelled'. Being that we had rearranged our day twice and had just sat waiting for a video call for 25 minutes we thought the least Lucia could do is ring and apologise, not just send a Whatsapp message. We were then told that she would rearrange and she got in touch via Whatsapp message stating that she would be in touch next week. She did this multiple times with the meeting never actually being arranged - it was always next week. Eventually she just stopped messaging and by this point we had decided we wanted to go with a more professional estate agent so we did not get back in contact with her.
I can highly recommend Expat Experts as your real estate agency. Communication was easy and highly professional, both directly as well as when performing as intermediary between the lessor and lessee. Based on my wishes options were proposed, and the entire process from start to finish went smoothly and effortlessly.
