Extraordinary andouilette from Metz butcher Éric Humbert. Also, tallow-browned fries of very high quality. And a lovely tian. (Salads look good, as do the desserts.) Skip coffee, but their beer and wine selections are carefully chosen. Not in the tourist center, but convenient to the main station and the centre Pompidou.

It took 3 times to arrive on time and get a table but this place was worth the time. This is probably the best lamb I have ever had. If I ever go back to metz this is my first stop.

Équipe formidable, très agréable. Bons plats familiaux, de la rapidité dans le service, tout ce qu'on aime. On reviendra quand on sera dans le secteur Je vous conseille vivement cette enseigne !

Du vrai et de l'authentique. Une cuisine traditionnelle, des recettes maîtrisées, et un accueil chaleureux, arrosez le tout d'un petit vin rouge ... Et c'est le top. Une petite adresse à Metz qui fait du bien, au moins y mange de la bonne cuisine, pour des prix très cohérents.

Plat du jour copieux et abordable, par contre ils ne savent pas cuisiner les pommes de terre grenaille qui accompagnent l'andouillette : simplement cuites a l'eau et sans rien d'autre (même pas un filet de beurre), c'est un peu raide, pour le prix. Dessert correct.
