Excellent butchers. I wasn't sure what to ask for to get a good quality thick steak. They asked me questions to work out what I wanted and cut it the way I asked. The prices are about the same as supermarkets but the quality and service are far superior. Give them a try... You won't regret it and you will become a regular!
