We drove from Springfield to Branson to have our first spa day and basic puppy trim for an Airedale Terrier. This location was a referral from a friend that lives locally. Piper is 6 months old. The customer service, pricing, cleanliness, and care for my puppy was excellent! I will definitely be returning in the future. Keep up the good work. Thank you to all the grooming staff.

Their fish are always in bad condition and they never have anyone in the area to assist getting fish. This is like my 5th time here and it will be my last. They never have the fish advertised on their tags. It's better to just make the trip out to Springfield. Their fish are alive and they have more choices.
Bringing home a new puppy tomorrow and went to sign up for obedience training and get what we needed. Nicolas was amazing in answering all my questions and the whole staff was as excited for me as I am. Great store
This place is always fun to go see the fish and reptiles. They usually are always well stocked on most things...except for dog collars. The staff has always been exceptionally friendly and helpful. I have five dogs and fish so I go there a bit for the great all natural grain free dog food. I can usually get it on a good sale and just stock up. They have by far the best selection of betta fish around.
I would have given you 5 stars more than likely, however you store was closed when I arrived. Trying to get use to Missouri hours. I know Missouri is a Bible belt but imagine how much your store could make if you were open on Sundays. Hope to visit when you are open.
