I currently have the 25mbps plan from Xplornet and couldn’t be less happy. 12mbps speed average, upload 1/2 a mbps if it even registers! 80 ping time, 2 hour wait times or longer. This is the worst internet I have ever used aside from dial up. Please do yourself a favour, and look up Starlink from space x. That company offers the best internet package for Rural Manitoba hands down. Their internet and service is so much further ahead and superior to Xplornet in every way. I will be switching both my subscriptions to Starlink as soon as I receive them. Xplornet cannot be competitive with their current 4g system. No 5g in sight either... old tech. Move on. Call up uncle Elon and get that new internet setup. I’m just sick of being taken advantage of like everyone else on google reviews! If you like incredibly slow internet with non existent service from a company that charges double what they should for their service and doesn’t care about you.. then I would highly recommend Xplornet

High Price, Low Performance. Paying for the 50MBps connection, getting less than 7Mbps on avg. Both Performance and customer service have really taken a dive since they took over from Netset.
I have tried to cancel this commercial internet account 4 times. Get time I was promised a email to confirm the cancel has gone thru. I am fed up. They have now collected a extra 600 dollars and I still can not cancel. Stay away from this company.
DO NOT BUY THIS GARBAGE. The worst possible internet available. 120/month for 1-3 mbps/download. Usually doesn't work at all. Getting through to tech support is worse than getting a limb amputated. This company is going to burn to the ground when starlink is released.
I started with xplornet and was very unsatisfied with the service, I then chose another provider and was quite happy, then xplornet bought them and now I'm back to the same terrible company. Welcome to the zero choice tech economy of Canada.
Paying lots of money and never getting any internet its always offline. This makes online school hard.we have called the company multiple times and have had 4 technicians at our house,who just told us to change our router which we have done at least 3 times.Would not recommended this internet.
We signed up with NetSet 2 years ago, Xplornet bought them out 1 year ago and ever since then our internet speeds keep dropping to half or less than half of what we are paying for. We pay for 12Mbps and can rarely watch a movie without interruptions at Standard definition on one device.
If I had ANY other option of internet provider I wouldn't be stuck with this company.
