AWFUL SERVICE we have to restart internet MINIMUM 10 times a DAY!! GO WITH BELL INSTEAD!! We’ve had west man for 7 years!!! Can’t watch a full movie without it stopping. Called and was told “sorry that’s how it is” !!About to move and advised we are not happy with service and what to do on move date - was told to “try using your modem you have now” we stated that it’s clearly defective or the service needs adjusting - was told “ just try” We are switching to BELL on Monday , we spoke with a rep there and they were WAY MORE pleasant to deal with and were happy to give us a cheaper rate due to our awful experience with west man. They also are sending someone to hook up the internet right away when westman wouldn’t even come look at the problem!!!!

Very bad customer service. One of your customer executive STEVEN on march 23 at evening talked with me very rudely without reason. He was frustrated because i want to know good offer to join westman as a new customer. I think you people have to hire well decent gentle people for customer service. Very worst experience of customer service. So i now changed my mind and will stick to bell mts. Big No to westman

We have reported that our internet has not been meeting the standard that we pay for, being met with horrible speeds that are upwards of 10x worse than what we pay for. Their response was the usual "Turn it on and off again" which would never fix the issue. It is obviously an issue on their end that they refuse to fix and whenever a technician is sent out a week later, they just turn it on and off again. I fully and whole heartedly recommend using MTS or literally any other internet company as this company is unreliable, inconsistent, unresponsive, and has terrible value.

For a company that offers this type of service they should have better employees to take care the matter and be talking to different departments such as technical support talking to billing and so fore but they don’t

You will almost never get the advertised speeds, and the internet goes down regularly. They will send a tech out and try to tell you that you are getting poor speeds "because you are using wifi." Or "we are having network issues." Then they will fail to resolve any issues you are having. When calling in the wait times are usually long. Overall the worst experience I have had with any service but they are also the only broadband option for some areas, almost having a monopoly because the other packages offered are painfully slow. But they may be the better option because of the complete failure of this company to provide service that is stable.

Worst internet speed in Shilo if their was another provider i would switch. Constantly sitting at 90mbps dl speed when im on the high-speed package that should 290mbps. That's what the tech told me. Been getting ripped off by them for years. Highly would NOT RECOMMEND on top fo that. They add the same copy and paste response to every complaint on here. Clearly shows they don't care and how bad they are when they have copy and paste for all the negative reviews
