Very easy to get into- I see Dr. Rust and can usually get in the same day that I phone. The receptionists were very helpful when my insurance coverage changed, and sent me a refund I didn't even know that I was supposed to be getting. Would definitely recommend them!

I got there 10 minutes early and then It started with me removing my shoes like the signs prompt you to do at the door. I walk in, the receptionist we’re visiting. No big deal but they didn’t even notice me until I walked up to the front count and said “hi”. I said I had an appointment one asked me to sit down and wait it’ll just be a moment. Didn’t ask my name or anything. Then comes 11, 3 other people walk in at 11 or shortly after 2 of which had appointment a with the same dr that I had as they were all visiting and knew each other. I was thinking okay fine what ever I was here first my appointment is at 11 by this point it’s 10 after I’ll get in first seeing that I was there first but nope. I was there for about half hour then they asked me to fill in some forms as it was my first time there which okay fine, at this point I just want my appointment to be done and over with. Then they asked me to pay before hand, thought it was weird as you don’t pay for your meal before you get it but I paid. Sat down for another 10 minutes in the waiting part then one of the receptionist directed me to the room of which I waited another 10 minutes so I was waiting an hour for a 10 minute appointment that was supposed to happen at 11 ended up happeneing at 11:50. As for the shoes. No one else too their shoes off and I was getting weird looks about not wearing shoes. So why has signs asking/telling you to take your shoes off when no one follows them?
never have to wait very long. staff is always polite. dr always deals with my complaints(pains). and offers advise as needed. been seeing dr rust for 23 yrs.
I see Dr Martin and he is an excellent chiropractor always feel great after!
I have no complaints about the quality of the chiropractor I see (dr Rust). Just that I am always waiting and they are wasting my time. The appt takes ten mins so how are they always so far behind?? Plus I don’t care for the admin staff, they aren’t the friendliest. It is a hassle to pay sometimes as well because their machines are always down. I sometimes wonder if it’s on purpose so they don’t have to pay as many fees associated with credit cards.
