Arranged for two items to be collected for a refund on the 19th October. No one showed up. Then exchanged emails to attempt another collection for the following week, they stopped replying. Decided to call on the 29th October for another attempt of collection, which was arranged for the following Friday. Rang on the Friday was told the items would be collected between 0800 and 1800. No one showed up. The items are heavy, and large, so not so simple to return in-store. Shocking services.
