Arranged for two items to be collected for a refund on the 19th October. No one showed up. Then exchanged emails to attempt another collection for the following week, they stopped replying. Decided to call on the 29th October for another attempt of collection, which was arranged for the following Friday. Rang on the Friday was told the items would be collected between 0800 and 1800. No one showed up. The items are heavy, and large, so not so simple to return in-store. Shocking services.

Always very helpful.
Very rude female receptionist/call taker today. The girl needs to remember her job is customer service based so being polite is a key skill, which clearly she doesn't have.
Clean, polite and friendly.
Really very helpful here, better than dome of their branches
