Ordered a bouquet from out of province for my parents anniversary (they are in Brandon). As you can see the arrangement advertised looks nothing like the arrangement they received. With flowers of a different colour than wanted, to randomly added flowers. We wanted purple pop, not pink. I understand with covid that some things simply are not in stock at the moment, however I was given no notice or \heads up\ about the several changes that were made. To add to this I received 2 invoices. One when ordered and one when the flowers were ready for pickup (several days after my card was charged). The first invoice was for 84, and the second was for 94 with a surprise 10 service charge. It's not like the flowers were delivered, we had a family friend pick them up for us. Why is that not reflected into the price of the flowers instead of a surprise \bonus\ not even shown until a second invoice AFTER we had already been charged. At this point the only reason they got the second star was because the people I spoke to on the phone were friendly, and the flowers (albeit not what we wanted) are in very good condition.
Does not deliver flowers on time. Do not use this business if you have a time sensitive delivery. They can not be counted on
Super easy to order on-line. Small Mother's Day bouquet was perfect for both of our Moms. Nice that local delivery is free. Will use them again for sure!
I love ordering flowers from The BloomBox because they keep me posted as to the status of my order at its various stages. The flowers were delivered as requested and my aunt said they were beautiful! That's what really matters!
