I ordered a movie ticket from Japan as a keepsake and they claim they left it in my mailbox. They did not. DHL tried to contact the driver it's been over 24 hours and u haven't heard anything. I have never had mail stolen from my house or delivered to the wrong address. The only thing I can think of is the delivery person stole my parcel and is now claiming they delivered it and I lost it. How this company is even still in business is beyond me.

Ordered over 160 dollars of items and paid 32 for duties and courier only for this company not to deliver the items for over a week once they arrived. DHL confirmed this company is the ground provider. They changed the option from delivery to pickup didn’t know for three days. I Tried to call to pick up the items and got no answer. Then get a notice that the items were delivered. Where ? To whom? Found out apparently in a lobby??? I left explicit notes , I work from home just buzz my number, call either phone line, I can let you in. No call whatsoever! Guess what no package!!! I’m being told due to COVID packages won’t be delivered to the door. BS, Amazon and Canada post are still delivering to the door and it says right on the website delivery is still in effect. Still don’t know what happened to the package. So almost 200 down the drain. What is happening here?
I dont appreciate that they left the garbage from the delivery notice sticker on the ground by my door. Rude.
