I love this place. The staff is so understanding and helpful. When I was looking for important items for the puppy we were getting the staff really helped me find the items I needed. I will most definitely be coming back again.

Super friendly and inviting from the second I walked in , they also hooked it up with samples to make sure my furry friend got exactly what he needed . Would highly recommend :)
Staff didn't even acknowledge that we were even in the store, she just kept mopping the floor. I understand that there's a list of closing duties that need to be completed but at least acknowledge you have customers in the store. Kiara the chocolate lab was more excited and attentive to us than the staff member working was.
I hate pet valu I refuse to shop there at all cost. But this place is awesome! Tuns of treats and toys and everything good.
Nice place. Has everything. Polite staff. Even usually has a nice kitty cat to play with while shopping lol.
