I understand that Netset has been bought by Xplornet. Big mistake, Netset! I've been using Xplornet for a few years now, and they used to provide excellent service.. Their tech assistance people used to be friendly, very helpful and spoke clearly in good Canadian English.. Not so any more.. Their internet speed is painfully slow and their tech assistants tend to be indifferent, and almost seem to be trying to brush me off. I would not recommend Xplornet....Ever!

Not sure if this will even post due to the daily outages. Once again had to try a reset. This is the worst company ever. They have finally lowered their ridiculous prices now that there is competition. Can’t wait to drop them and switch over. It it surprising how such a poor company still exists and never cared about their customers.
I don't really like Netset. They are the only provider where I live though so we have to be with them. I wish they would offer unlimited like really come on Netset it's the 21st century your the only provider that I know of that doesn't offer unlimited data. And to add on to not being unlimited it's not fiber optic so speeds suck and you can never rely on the network. And the amount of data you get is so poor. Your telling me that for 160 I can't have unlimited Data like seriously. If don't want to make your customers happy you did a great job. Now if that comment didn't make it through maybe this one will. Through a business standpoint why don't you have unlimited for a lower price and fiber optic. Ya it costs more to start up a project like that but the return would be so much greater. You would have people signing up and not regretting it, and people would actually recommend you. Just think of the camera company Kodak, if you don't know who they are this will be more impactful. They didn't switch to digital and kept on making film camera's which ended up making Kodak crash and now they our thought of as a low quality or "no name" camera brand so unless you want this company to stay alive then I recommend you get your act together and try upgrading your service and you will see results. But then again what does a 15 year old know.
Netset had the best customer service. Extremely helpful and friendly. However since they switched to xplornet the customer service is awful. Netset why did you sell to xplornet worst mistake ever!!!
