I made an online order today and found a feather in the chicken. I got sick, never going back to KFC again.
Ordered a 32 oz drink for delivery and they showed up with a small bottle. When I called to ask for the rest of my drinks they said that size is not available for delivery. My suggestion is update your website and remove that item or at the very least call the customer to advise and provide alternatives. Poor customer service. Delivery driver was very nice though.
They were not organized with their online orders and they ran out of white chicken which shouldn't really happen at a chicken restaurant. I understand that it could of been a very busy weekend hence not having white chicken meat. Fries were cold as well as popcorn chicken for the amount of time we waited neither of those should of been cold. Also there's no hand sanitizers at the door for customers to use and no staff who wipe down the door after so long or after so many customers which makes the spreading of viruses very easy. Definitely will not be coming back anytime soon
Overall pretty good. I didn't like the setup for picking up the order though, as that designated area seemed to be blocked off making it more cramped. So you might need to sneak through to the counter and do the pick-up there. In my case I waited another 10-15 minutes. Still enjoyed the food but I could tell they started prepping the order when I got there which sucks when you're trying to distance.
