Booked tool hire for delivery four days in advance, contacted at midday the afternoon delivery was due to advise it had been cancelled and the next available delivery date was five days later. Incredibly poor service, won't be using Brandon or Mammoth again.
Superb service, quality machine (dehumidifier) that looked well used but had obviously been well maintained. Jordan at the front desk was easy to deal with and very helpful. A big thank you to Ian Goodwin who helped out when we had a problem, very professional. Will definitely be back!
