Friendly if busy staff, I have a speech difficulty but it generally doesn't get in the way. One reviewer left a complaint about the "very sweet girl", I had the same problem and that's why I'm only giving 4 stars instead of 5. I was asking for a chamomile tea and after about 5 minutes of guiding her down the list of teas she understood.

I had to explain myself 4 times about cheese on a bagel- and then had to call as it was wrong, then I had to come back and re-explain all over again. Very sweet girl but lacking English essential skills.. I should NOT have this much of a problem asking for extra creme cheese on a bagel... and then having to reiterate myself over the phone and then again in person.
Very friendly staff, and helpful. They go above and beyond.
Friendly woman there, mocha was little watered down and she kindly made a new one. Most definitely return
