I love this place what a great kid friendly staff and super fast service, had an x-ray, results,and a cast within 30min.

NEVER AGAIN!! The Doctor is great! Office staff cost me more money because of their error! All I received was I'm sorry, not my money back. This makes bad for business!! UPDATE!! Just received a call from another office staff, beyond rude and unprofessional !! By ALL means avoid this office ! It's sad a great Doctor is followed by awful staff ! Not a good reflection at all !!

The entire office currently doesn't wear masks because they have received vaccinations. But the CDC guidelines state that vaccinated people should still wear masks because studies haven't yet determined whether vaccinated people can transmit the virus. I'm not comfortable gambling on this issue -- they should wear masks as they're in close contact with patients. Shocked the office would take this risk with no studies yet.

My doctor, Dr. Bradley and anesthesiologist got into a verbal argument just minutes before my surgery. This is probably why my results look like I didn’t have any work done. I have reached out to the owner Dr. Wilkerson of The Best U Now several times only to be ignored after sending him pictures of my results, that he requested. This place is organized and unprofessional. Do not spend your money here unless you plan on going through full surgery just to have the same results that you had prior to having surgery. After having 360 lipo I still have a huge stomach and there is still a lot fat present. The results of my surgery could not be seen even a month out, you could still see that there is fat still present. Now 6 months out the results have not changed. I am not still swollen and I am sad to have came to terms that these are my results. Please save your money, time and disappointment. All the red flags were there that this place didn’t care about the customer just about shuffling people in and out quickly! Now I will have to go through surgery again if I want real results.
