A customer fainted and busted their face and hand open, it wasn't anyone's fault, but the till above their head remained open. They should've locked the entrance (leaving open the exit), called 911, allowed this person a little dignity to recover, and then cleaned up the blood before reopening. Instead we were forced to make our purchases OVER this person's head while they struggled to stand, and then walk BACK through the packed line-up, breaking social distancing guidelines. I think the employees were doing as best a job they could, but it didn't seem like the right course of action.
