My partners experience at this dealership was diabolical. My partner phoned Brandon car centre to enquire about a Citroën C3, he was told that it was still available and booked an appointment to view this car at 10am the following morning. He arrived at 9.45am to see a sales person coming out of the show room and take a deposit from a customer on the car he had come to view, my partner said excuse me I've a 10am appointment to view this car the sales person responded very abruptly saying we don't save vehicles its first come first served (but on checking on their website you have to make an appointment which my partner did) he left feeling very upset about being spoken to like that, and how the sales person delt with this situation certainly not good business practice. So beware travelling any distance even if you have an appointment to view a vehicle at this dealership because they may have already sold it before you get there!!

Changed car and the new one collected yesterday. Everything was 5 star from paperwork warranty etc to the showroom ready look of our vehicle. Neil was great and 20/10 to all concerned.

My car was taken here on 4 different occasions over 4 weeks to have a diagnosis on a rumble noise when I turned right. The problem couldn't be found and new parts were fitted to my car that weren't needed. That never solved the original issue. This all after an MOT. I took my car to a friend who after a test drive diagnosed it straight away and it turned out to be a ball joint. Something that should have been found on the MOT. I'm very dissapointed at the outcome as I'm out of pocket. Use with caution.
