ISSUE DEALT IN POSITVE SATISFACTORY MANNER BY THE OWNER: We are not new to this establishment and have ordered food from this fine halal food place many times. Last week, however we were not happy with one of the food item out of four or five food items we ordered. We brought it back to the establishment and staff was not helpful in resolving the matter. We asked the staff to have the owner call us. We did receive the call from the owner and the matter was resolved to our satisfaction. The food establishments deals with perishable items and there may be a time that food would go bad and the staff may not know it. It is important that if such an issue arises, the establishment, its staff and management should not be defensive in dealing with the issue. Acknowledging the problem and offering a reasonably satisfactory resolution is the best way to go. We are very happy that in our case, the owner stepped in and resolved the issue.

Usually the food is good here the last 2 times it was not even warm and was a bit soggy. Other these 2 all my other experiences were great. I have done many party orders which was amazing as well. Need to step up a bit.
One of the best Biriyani in Brampton. I have ordered Catering services from them twice and both times it has been so nice. They listen to you , take care of your special needs and deliver on time. The guests loved the food both times and the quantity was sufficient.
Quality and quantity, both are not consistent. I usually take biryani and sometimes chicken snacks. Size of 2 chicken pieces in biryani is tiny, it all just oily rice. And always check your food before leaving as it may not be what you ordered. On the other hand, the mississauga branch is consistent in quality and quantity both. 5 stars to that branch. Edit: On recent visits, they have improved in taste and service both. 5 star for the effort.
