I met with Sophie Swan from the marketing department. She demonstrated a poor understanding of marketing, and in particular the role that poor customer service plays in causing customers to churn. Brakes should hire better staff.

There customer service is a joke, the deliveries don't show up. or turn up 3 hours before there delivery time and then leave with your order. even when you have paid. and Claire in credit control have the worst attitude. unbelievable service, AVOID!!!!
