Outstanding. Came when he said he would, tried to help and couldn't but tried his best. It was a manufacturing fault. You rarely get people this honest, nice, helpful and chatty.

I called Tony today about a draught coming in through my patio and front door. The lady that answered was very helpful and promised to call me back and she did this. She said she would try and get Tony over to me today to look at the issue. Tony arrived on his way home which i was delighted about as i was feeling very cold in my home and i also have a 1 year old son so i wanted to get this sorted asap. He fixed the problem right away for me. He was very polite and very personable, customer service was 100% I would use Tony again without a doubt!

Lovely to find a company that cares about its customers. Tony has done a couple of repairs to our windows and we're very happy with results. Nothing is to much trouble and Tony will do his utmost to find a solution to any problems. Nothing is rushed and wont leave until he is satisfied with the job and leaves where he has been working clean and tidy. When phoning the office Ester is polite and professional and answers any queries you may have. If there's something she needs to ask advice on will call back as soon as possible, but always the same day... Tony is a lovely guy and I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone that is in need of his services...
