Came to repair my Samsung washing machine that was under warranty. Cannot fault the service..Very quick to attend and diagnose the problem. Ordered new parts and returned to repair. Really pleasant engineer. First class service.

I knew this place focuses on phones and other devices, since my mother had a screen repair on her iphone in the past (They manage the shop next door; Apple Repair Co.). But my issue was different and a bit unusual for them BUT they helped me out! You know how old games hold save data by using a battery? It's called a Battery-backup save. Unlike memory storage today; the memory used to hold save data was volatile and would wipe if power was lost, so a battery is used to provide constant power to the save memory. My Pokemon Crystal GameBoyColor cartridge had a dead battery and a new one had to be soldered onto the board, but I had no soldering iron to remove and replace the old one. I popped in, asked, and (while providing the replacement battery and a \Game-Bit\ screwdriver to open the cartridge case) they swapped it for me!

after initially being a bit worried from reading some reviews on line, all i can see say is what a great job they have done with my Tv repair. Cam out on the 19th Jan and swapped out a faulty LG oled panel. The staff were polite and profeshinal and knew exactly what they werer doing. First calls job all round from both theses guys and Richer sounds for organsning the warranty repair
