Lisa Brown the sales person at Braintree was excellent, very helpful and knowledgeable. Kept me updated every step of the way, explained everything to me. Went above and beyond as she also stopped at my home in order to get correct paperwork signed. During a difficult time, due to covid restrictions, made it a pleasurable and easy experience. Would definitely recommend lookers and Lisa in particular to anyone that was thinking of buying a Ford.

I cannot fault Lookers at Braintree at all. From dropping my car off to picking it up, I was kept up to date with progress of the service, MOT and minor repair I had asked for. All staff were courteous and friendly. I love the video of the inspection sent too so I could see the tyre checks and the examination of the cars health check. Thank you Lookers of Braintree.
