Absolute joke of a company. Appointment booked for a quote for a conservatory upgrade. Then a complete no show on the day. 3 calls in total from the office and myself and still couldn't give me a reason for the no-show or a time that anyone would be able to come.

As far as I am aware you are the company that were cold calling in Stanway Colchester yesterday As far as I am aware cold calling is not allowed To make things worse the salesman managed to persuade my partner to invite him into his home This is breaking all Covid regulations My partner is high risk for Covid and your salesman didn’t even have a mask on Totally out of order

Sending a door to door salesman with no PPE during a global pandemic. How dumb can you get!

Very disappointed and shocked with the first point of contact with the salesman. Doesn't seem like the recycling scheme/offer that's advertised is genuine, wouldn't quote as another company had given a price, didn't listen to what was being said and midway through a conversation the salesman abruptly got up and left, saying they won't quote as they would have to pay a 90 referral fee. Absolute waste of time!

So I phoned your head office this morning asking for a quote for some patio doors for an insurance claim. The girl, very helpful, went off to find out whether they did that sort of thing then came back and said that they did. Good news! Then the office in Diss phoned me, checking exactly what I needed, I told them what I needed and that it was for an insurance claim and he said not a problem, made an appointment for today, and said someone would call me nearer the time to tell me who was coming and confirm the time! Then I got a phone call from the Braintree office, confirming everything including that it was for an insurance claim and I specifically told them that the insurance company would be paying, not me, and I would just be paying the excess! So Richard, the salesman turned up on time. Half way through the appointment asked him did he know that it was for an insurance claim, he said no, went off and I think messaged the Braintree office, they then phoned me to talk to him, asked the same question that I had already answered that it was the insurance company that was paying not me only to be told that they don't do insurance claims in case they never get paid! So Richard had sat there telling me what a professional company they are. But unfortunately I don't agree, bearing in mind I spoke to 3 people from the company throughout the day telling them all about the insurance claim only to have mine and the salesman's time waisted as it was a load of rubbish! That's not professional! Although I have been told that what I should of done is not tell them about the insurance part, basically lie, to be able to get the quote. So because I was honest I get a whole day of waisted phone calls because whoever I spoke to obviously didn't understand English! Not even 1 star, but I had to put that to be able to submit this. What a bunch of cowboys.....
