I ordered a gearbox from this company and they sent me the wrong tracking ID and on query argued it was the correct tracking ID despite it being a digit too short. When the gearbox was delivered it was the wrong gearbox and they refused to send replacement until they got the wrong one back. My car was at that time on the ramp in a garage totting up mechanic and storage charges. I rang them regularly for updates and they kept reassuring me that the gearbox was on way. They refused to give me mileage of donor vehicle and after three weeks of wasting my time and garage storage charges they failed to deliver. Apparently they will refund me. A very poor, incompetent service falling far below expected standards.
