Avoid W Harris Britannia Braintree like the plague Britannia international keep having my review removed from trustpilot but have never contacted me to discuss the reason for a one star, Britannia Braintree obviously hate the truth being posted about them, and Britannia International are happy to to have posts removed to coverup how incompetent they are. Quoted 12-16 weeks but took 25 weeks for our belongings to arrive in Australia, items damaged, items missing, computer system just chucked in a box not even wrapped plus many other boxes like this (photo’s and videos to prove it) even received two items that don’t belong to us (so you must have another dissatisfied customer). Volume quoted @450 Cu Ft yet ended up paying for a full container, paperwork from the delivery company in Australia and photos I took of the container confirms it was only half full, totally ripped off by W Harris / Britannia Braintree and Britannia international. I have put reviews on other immigration forums so good luck searching for them and having them deleted as no doubt you will. I'm sure the founders of this company would be ashamed of the people running it now, SHAME ON YOU, SHAME ON YOU.
