All they want is your money. Once it's hooked on to your vehicle and you pull out of their driveway you can forget about asking them for help down the line. Worst customer service we have experienced. We thought we'd buy from someone who's location is on the way to the cabin, thinking if we had any questions or concerns they would be there to help. We thought wrong, and now we're directed to a different company that we did not buy the fish house from, in order to get our questions answered. Really regret buying from them!
