Bradley Gardens

Lovely place to buy plants and gardenalia set in beautiful gardens. Have lunch in the Glasshouse followed by a spot of shopping at Neptune. Expanding in the future once covid restrictions are lifted.

We visited Bradley Gardens for the first time last week and rest assured we will not be returning. We called in for coffee and sandwiches. We couldn't fault those. The coffees were lovely and the sandwiches were tasty and just a good size for a mid-afternoon lunch. The service is what really lets this place down. Not only is it very slow and inattentive, the staff are incredibly rude. The older gentleman who took our order (I assume by the way he was dressed he is a manager?) has a very bad attitude and comes across like he can't wait to go home. The younger lady who served our food and cleared our table didn't smile once or even look at us whilst she served us. We hadn't finished our last mouthful before the plates were quickly whipped from under our noses. Give people a chance to enjoy and finish their food please! As for the manager, I can only suggest trying to avoid consistently sighing in front of customers. Some of us like to feel welcome in places we spend our money. We won't be returning.
