Most welcoming pet store I have ever been too. I love how the store has grown and you can tell they really care about quality products without it being too expensive. The best part for me , is the fact I can take my dogs for a walk , I can walk around their cozy and beautiful garden area before going into the store. (As long as dogs are behaved and stay on lead) I can then go to their amazing dog treat area with my dogs and get them a pick and mix selection. Walk ways can be a little narrow with your dog in some areas but we definitely enjoyed our time there. Ended up walking back home with some lovely plants as well

This is a fantastic pet shop, providing essential care and food items, as well as treats, grooming, and home comforts for all the pets I have, which include exotics. It is a gem within Retford - if I moved away, I'd travel back to shop here for my pets needs! The staff are knowledgeable and always friendly and helpful, and home delivery is also available. I cannot fault this shop in any way.
I’ve found the big pet shops expensive and poor service. My son found Bradlands on the net and after one visit I can say I won’t be going anywhere else. Kean prices always good customer service and it’s great to see an independent shop doing well. Keep it going thx.
Friendly staff who want to help you with your purchases. I bought a faulty item and when I returned it they were more than happy to let me grab another product of the same value. My dog loves it her because she gets lost of snuggles from the staff. Her is a phot of her and her Christmas present.
It's a nice place to go very nice staff too helpful ect Tyson as settled in very well too
