I've had really positive experiences here. The staff were really friendly, they took the time to look at my designs and make sure I got the right timber for the job. They made sure all my bases were covered with any problems I may encounter. My measurements were taken for accuracy so deviated between cm to inches and that was no problem. In other merchants I've been moaned at for this, but it didn't phase them at all. They remembered me when I returned for more wood and the project I was working on and we're interested in how it all went. Lazy and grumpy staff was not my experience at all. They were all in good form with me. One star off purely because you cut to measure after purchase so you have excess wood at the end.

Staff helpful and polite - only one visit but will be returning.
Prices fare and negotiale, but a major problem in getting served, due to restricted space and inconsiderate customers parking in the way. Takes far to long to be served, so, only use it as a must.
A great choice of products, well stocked wearhouse and helpful staff.
