Don't get the negative comments. I visited Bradford office with queries regarding my pension and was made very welcome. After speaking to Steve I came away with a much better understanding of my pension forecasts and in particular the 85year rule (which is simple when its explained clearly). Thanks.

Just got in touch with WYPF for a forcast with trepidation after reading of long waits. The phone was answered immediately by a friendly man called David who answered by queries and will get my forcast in the post. This took 2 minutes, many thanks David

I am in the process of claiming my pension early and I cannot speak highly enough of the staff! I have been treated with the upmost respect and always had a very efficient service.

Absolutely Horrendous Customer Service Operative! Phoned to discuss a letter received about my mothers account, who had recently passed away. I tried to explain the situation and was cut off by the lady on the phone who asked for a member number. Three times she tried and failed to enter a 6 digit number into the system, basically suggesting I was in the wrong and had the wrong account details on her screen. She then blamed me for her mistake adding a 3 instead of a 2 to the number. I then tried to explain the letter I had received to which again I was cut off and asked a question about a spouse or partner. It is a very emotional and sad time, but to be greeted with such poor customer service and complete lack of any empathy or sympathy is quite frankly disgusting. If I could leave 0 Stars, I would have.

I'm quite surprised that there are negative comments. Ive always found them to be friendly and helpful and it must be one of the best pension funds around.
