Took my vehicle in recently for its 2nd service after previously using another regional Ford dealer. They must have a different concept of time, as the express option service booked (60 minutes) somehow equates in reality to a couple of hours (actually 4hrs sat in their waiting area) with zero updates on when the service would be finished (until asked). At least rules on Covid were being followed in the 4hr wait.

Great service and a cracking deal made on a near new BMW 1 series. Relaxed and friendly staff yet professional and fulfilled promises. The \boss man\ of the used area in particular was very good. Clearly very experienced and made us feel welcome and well cared for. Straight talking and attentive he even made us a cup of tea himself rather than pull rank. Would definitely look there again in the future although personally preference would not be an actual Ford car.
