We were really happy with the service provided by Shaz at Timber Door Merchants. Shaz went the extra mile to find us the door we needed and even delivered it for free as he was already making a trip nearby! Our joiner was making the door frame and he was really happy with the door. A fantastic service - highly recommended.

If anyone is looking for high quality doors at good prices, Timber Door Merchants is the go to company, unfortunately the doors we liked were out of stock which we didn’t mind waiting for as we had a lot of work to do. 5 star service by Shaz and kept us up to date for when our doors would arrive. Most companies shut off at 5pm, but Shaz didn’t mind dealing with our queries up until late. Thank you
What a fantastic company to buy doors from! Extremely friendly, helpful and competitively priced quality doors. Shaz goes above and beyond to help with delivery requirements and sourcing your order requirements. We were very lucky to have our 6 doors delivered within a couple of days and Shaz delivered them on time and they were really well packaged with no damage at all. We've now had them fitted and they look amazing, really happy with them. Just need to oil them now! Would absolute 100% recommend this company.
