Had what I wanted in stock but the staff on the shop floor were appalling. I asked for 2 pairs of trainers in my size. You would have thought it was the end of the world that he had to do some work. He then palmed me off to someone else whilst he just stood around. Girl on the till was delightful though.

An absolute phenomenal experience! When you've got the feet the size of nba players it's impossible to find sliders/shoes. Louise (and her very lovely friend) made it possible by finding me some sliders in a size 13. I was left stunned and startled. Louise made me believe that ganguly, lanky people are normal for having size 13 feet for the first time in my life.

Finally got the shoes I wanted for my sister then get to the till to be rudely greeted by mark who made my sister uncomfortable with his comment of I know how to do my job! Poor support and service won’t be coming here again! Really unwelcoming staff who try to belittle and cover up negligence of other members through other stores etc STAY AWAY unless you like being made un welcome

just walking around

As usual no staff around to get you the shoes out. Had to wait 20 minutes before i found someone. The gentleman at the entrance seemed like a manager (because of his age) was on the phone the entire time so couldn't ask him for assistance. The girl at the till showed sign s of depression asking her self inside, why am I here. There must be more to life. Thankfully I returned to the world outside in 35 minutes and have been trying to forget the ordeal since then.
