1st time I have ever shopped at Sonic. The service was first class, called to check if an item was in stock and the order was taken over the phone so I didn’t have to go through the website, the member of staff who answered the phone was very polite and helpful. Collecting the item was seamless, you show your order number at the door before you are allowed in, the goods are either given to you or you go sit in your car and the items are brought to you. A very courteous and professional service Was shocked at the amount of stock in this store and when we are allowed to browse again will definitely be paying a visit

Great store, been several times over the years. I have had TV, Washer, Drier and other household items. Had to get a new microwave with grill, I got an expensive one but when I got it home I found that I could not work out how to use it, anyway I was ok to return the microwave and get another which I did. No problems, no fuss, got another and a refund of the difference in price. Great service and super staff 5 stars from me.

I had one of the worst customer experiences in living memory with Sonic Direct. I ordered a microwave from them, which arrived with a massive dent through the top & side. On discovering this, I immediately requested a refund via email & a week later l still had no response. I then rang through to their customer services & spoke to a surly representative who was dismissive & terse throughout. He acknowledged that they were aware of my refund request but had just been too busy to acknowledge it. Rather than deal with my original query, he instructed me to start again with a fresh email, to a new address, & then ended the call there. On sending a new request, this time l did get a response within the next couple of days. Helpfully, they were able to arrange a courier to collect the damaged product from my doorstep & promised that this would be exchanged on the spot for a replacement. Though l had clearly requested a refund in all three of my communications with them, l decided that this exchange would just be the quickest way for a resolution. Several days later, the microwave was collected, as scheduled, but no replacement was provided in its place. The same day, l contacted Sonic Direct again making it clear that l just wanted my money back. Though it took a couple more weeks, l did get a full refund. I have since brought a new microwave through Amazon but was unable to take advantage of the Black Friday offers that were available when l originally choose to buy from Sonic Direct & so ended up paying significantly more. I will never make the mistake of buying from Sonic Direct again.

Brought 2 fridges. Due to an office move they were opened 5 weeks after delivery. Front door was damaged on one of the fridges and they were not interested stating we're not able to offer a resolution for this at this time. Very poor customer service and will now never use them again.

First time ordering & really happy There was a query regarding payment but this was quickly resolved. The order was processed & arrived promptly. Really happy with the product & service
