I use this pharmacy on a weekly basis for myself and various members of my family. All staff are welcoming, friendly and provide an efficient service, particularly Maureen and Lisa.
They are useless I am still waiting for my medication a week after my prescription after being told it would be finally delivered today it hasn't. What use if that I am now out of some tablets and I have a complex medical condition. Thank you I will be in pain all weekend until you can be bothered to deliver them. This is the second time it has happened and when my husband went into the the pharmacy he said never again no one was distancing and one staff member was coughing without protecting themselves I complained to the surgery and asked how to change pharmacy, then thought we would give a chance. I would give no stars if it was available as they don't deserve one when they leave patients without medication when they told me they were delivering today before 6pm. If they are unable to deliver within a week what are they doing as part of Farrow Medical Centre. Bring back Farrow Pharmacy they were brilliant.
Brilliant staff. Can’t do enough for you. I don’t live in the area anymore, but don’t mind travelling for their service.
Very very good pharmacy and opticians, but I have had to move now to another pharmacy due to moving home. I only wish I could have stayed with these. It was very good customer service, friendly pharmacists, I would certainly recommend. Maureen was fab to me in the opticians. Great guys.
