I have used this dentist for many years and recently requested an emergency appointment due to severe pain. The receptionist (Erin, I think is her name) was super efficient, asking the dentist to call me back, and I received a phone call within 30 minutes from the dentist who agreed that an appointment was necessary and booked me in there and then.
