Had a full service and MOT. Guys did a great job, everything all sorted. Only thing I would suggest is if you could give a breakdown of what the minors were that would be super. Will be my port of call for all my car repairs in future. Would definitely recommend.

My visit here was post covid so i feel i have to give abit of consideration to this hence the 3 stars. I was given a midweek morning appointment for a replcement tyre as 1 of mine was close to the legal limit. When i arrived there were no employees around. There were 2 customers in the office already waiting who told me they had already been served but it appears its 1 guy on his own. Fair enough i thought, maybe I'll have to wait an extra 5 minutes. I waited patiently for 20 minutes until someone came to the desk - \I'm on my own so you'll you'll have to wait\ was the 1st thing he said to me. No good morning & absolutely no apology for the wait. This came across to me as defensive & abit rude when i hadn't even said anything to provoke this attitude. I'm not sure if those were his intentions but that's how it came across. I decided instead of waiting I'd leave my keys & get other jobs done at home & get a call once ready. I received a call 2 hours later confirming the tyre had been replaced & the tyre appears to be done perfectly which I'm happy with (another reason for 3 stars) although I'm glad i didn't wait as 2 hours would have been a rediculous wait. All in all it wasn't the best experience & there's numerous tyre garages within my vicinity so next time I'd more than likely not return here

Been using National for over 8yrs, as a woman going to a garage when you have a problem with your car can be a daunting experience, but I find here it's not the case. Excellent service, treated with respect and I've never felt pressure to buy anything. Would recommend to anyone. The staff have changed over the last couple of years and I find Gavin and Craig a real pleasure to deal with. If I had any gripe it would be to get more staff, two people is not enough to deal with the amount of customers coming through the door.

Booked in for 4x tyres only had 3 in stock, did get another tyre from Yeadon branch and sorted it quickly.
