It's a day light robbery... Wow can't believe this..... Went in for some fillings only one teeth maximum 5 mins been spent on me. And they charge me over 65 pounds. No drilling no hassle just simple filling and my word 65 pounds hard earned money.... My God. That's pathetic.

Excellent experience with the new dentist Saqib Saghir! I went to the dentist extremely nervous because of a bad past experience at this dental practice but Saqib constantly reassured me throughout the procedure that everything is fine and that I can stop at any time if I needed to. I felt absolutely no pain throughout the procedure and felt very relaxed. After my appointment, Saqib checked up to ask how I was doing and recommended some pain relief for me. This was a very refreshing experience from this dental practice! I hope I get Saqib every appointment!

Private patient paid to get filling and cleaning done ended up messing my teeth up, pieces of filling come out by the time i got to alhambra theatre. Shows the quality in work done

The reception team are very nice and friendly. There was no hassle in booking an appointment. I saw the dental hygienist today and he was very friendly and welcoming. He explained thoroughly what the procedure was and l left very happy. I hadn't ever been to the dentists except maybe when I was a kid, they weren't judgemental or harsh. I had thought my teeth were beyond repair but they did a fantastic job at sorting them out. Couldn't reccomend the place enough. I don't understand why there are so many negative reviews. I think people who have had a bad experience which is beyond the practice's sphere of control tend to be the only ones who leave a review, the thousands who have had a good experience won't leave a review, so I thought I would rate my experience. Thank you again and I will definitley be back.

Would have given 0 if possible, had to cancel treatment due to work commitments and told them when I would be next available and was told this would be fine! Call today now i am back and told they've cancelled the treatment and can't book be in any longer and would have to wait another month. I explained that I am having to take painkillers daily and the receptionist who was rude and had no empathy at all just said there is nothing we can do about that other than book you in with toothache which can only be done in the morning and I would have to call in on the day but this would only be temporary treatment. No idea of customer care and certainly do not have any interests in patients!
