This shouldn't even be 1 star. My advise is stay well clear the cars may be cheaper however this dealership buys accident damaged cars and repairs them to sell on the fore court. The take no owner ship for anything. I took me a year and to complain to the board of directors at pendragon (the owners) to actually get something done and even then it was a half done job where the lacquer has come off the car. Don't bother always remember if its too good to be true that usually because it is. worst of all after everything I never even got an apology.

I raised a number of complaints with you on the 6th March and to this day you are still to respond however you seem to be in contact with headquarters and giving them false information. You claimed to them to have set up a monthly service plan for myself which is clear to see that you haven't from a number of bits of evidence. You also claimed to them that the car I purchased from you passed all Used Approved checks and were happy with the condition of the car. I got the car inspected by my local dealer who confirmed and found 7 additional, one of which I specifically asked to be rectified before delivery. In case you ask me to dm you, I have done so and am yet to get any sort of clarification of a response. The first dm was the 21st May to your group and I have had to chase you on multiple occasions to get a response until you decided to ignore my dm's on the 18th July. So in conclusion... DO NOT BUY FROM THE MERCEDES BENZ BRADFORD DEALERSHIP. *UPDATE After emailing about the multitude of issues on my car bought in March I finally get a reply after 5 months after much chasing. The salesman was on annual leave for a week and said he would get back to me on his return.... has his annual leave been extended by another 3 months?!

Agent was friendly before buying the car and responsive to emails. BUT! Once appointment booked and was on the way, found out they did not want to give me the logbook with the purchase the same day but post it weeks later. Had to begg and argue. Also waited there 7 hours for the car to be ready and drive off (very expensive car). When I visited, it had the Engine Light ON!!! I swear to God. They said they fixed the issue but no clue if truly did the replacement. Moreover, never got a receipt or a bill for the purchase. I asked so many times afterwards and no result. Never got call backs, no response to emails in relation to issues with the car, asking for a receipt, etc. Agent has ignored all emails to date (six in total). I DO NOT RECOMMEND. ZERO SUPPORT. ZERO RESPECT. Not transparent. Avoid please. You can get better customer service for buying a bicycle.
