Decent store but there is always an excessively long wait to get to a till. There’s plenty of staff in the store but they seem more interested in shelf stacking than dealing with the customers. There is no longer a fast lane for parcel drop off which makes a simple process take extremely long.

Not even worth one star. Click and collect very bad. No updates after dispatch, part order missing. No response from customer service. Only resolved after twitter post! Now another towel from my order for frayed. Currently queuing to exchange. Already 20 minutes! Shocking Uodate: left without being served

Paid for my goods at the till, card accepted. The assistant then tells me the till has crashed and we need to move to another till. A little confused I question to why as my card was accepted. He tells me sale hasn’t gone through the whole transaction and we move to the next till, he confirms the payment will be debited only once ...... checking my online account and low and behold the transaction has gone through twice!!!

Lovely assistants here so helpful. I needed a post surgary bra and she took me to them and another lady managed to knock a stand over and socks all over, same assistant didn't flap, just dealt with it.
