Appalling attitude and service. I ordered corals/invert and the order was sent out without heat pack over a freezing night, all bags were cold upon receipt. Despite the fact that I have kept a reef system for over 40 years, they accused me of fraud and of being a lousy fish keeper, all down to the fact that the order was sent without heat pack!! They wanted me to send back the dead corals at my cost and would replenish them if i paid all postage costs!! Having been abused to this level, I refuse to pay more good money after bad, best to stay clear. If you read other reviews, you can see a similar theme when things go wrong, they deny anything is down to them. Its the customers fault!! I see from the response i am a liar, see attached pictures of the dead corals on the sand (no high up as they claim), this response is typical of the replies (when they have bothered to reply or respond to the emails sent and phone message) I sent an email within 40 minutes of receipt, and no response to that either. This supplier is in complete denial, ALL customers considered bad (if you complain!!)

I ordered 5 damsels of these guys online. 4 days later the fish arrived in optimal health. Professionally and lovingly packaged. The new fish took to my tank almost straight away and even started asking for food along with my clownfish. I highly highly recommend this establishment and will definitely be using them again. Can't thank you enough.
