I didn't have to wait long and a very nice young man helped me to put my product in my boot
Wonderful customer service by Beth. Great all over.
Other than the price, nothing good to say about this site. Arrived 20 mins before closing and then at 11.50 a guy at the gate then stopped me entering and says closed why don’t you change opening hours to 11.30 so at least you can then turn people away. He says we want to go home as well and closes the gate. Rude and inconsiderate only would’ve taken me 5 mins to pick up some skirting board.
Ordered complete main bathroom suite & en-suite, service was very good, product quality was excellent. Some items were out of stock and delayed but the staff went above and beyond to the point of delivering items in their personal cars, excellent service..!!!
