I cant knock the service customers receive from the staff in the office, unfortunately the quality of their window installation is not as good! We had our windows fitted in 2013. Within a few weeks, we noticed a considerable leak around one of the windows and it was identified that the window hadn't been sealed from the outside resulting in large wet patches on the internal walls. The roofer who was working on our property at the time kindly offered to seal the window. Since installation, we have had draft issues with two of the fire escape windows. GM have tried to fix the issue before but we are still stuck with draughty windows. In the meantime we have been using insulated foil to reduce the draft and noise. GM windows inspected the windows in September and agreed they needed adjusting. Although I have called and sent numerous messages, I am still waiting for them to fix the windows.

Rang to request a quote...some female picked up the phone she spoke in a can't be bothered way...her tone of voice was so off putting like she care what she was doing!! Anyway I asked her for a quote, she said the sales guy would come out between 12.00-4pm, I asked her I want a set appointment time and have no plan on staying inside home all day waiting for a sales guy to come out. So she goes tells me she will speak to the sales guy then call me back....no call was ever received...waste of time...if the customer service is this bad, then what about everything else!! Suggest they hire a professional person with call centre experience to answer the phone...the lady I spoke to sounded she could not give a toss!! Aweful experience!!
