After all trasitioning sessions i was told my daughter no longer has funded place, with bizzare explanation such as piece of paper being submitted late etc, which obviously did not make sense, therefore terrible expersince, will not recommend.

A really friendly and healthy environment. I have used First steps for both my children. Excellent atmosphere and lovely staff
Brilliant nursery staff are very welcoming and amazing with the children my daughter loves attending this nursery.
All staff are lovely, always give me a full breakdown of what my daughter has been doing, keep me updated using Tapestry which is very useful especially with covid and not being able to go inside the building. Glad I picked this nursery for my little one, she’s coming on leaps and bounds, and looks forward to going
I have had good experiences with them, they have been very helpful in getting my children settled and have worked with me as one of my children are fussy Eater and he has managed to settle in and eat healthy food .
