Terrible experience with Excel Composite Doors and Steve Panesar. No responsibility taken whatsoever for providing faulty doors. Kept bouncing back responsibility to rouge tradesman Adnan who fitted the door. From first fitting and 2 years on we have experienced problem with Doorco composite doors getting stuck and unable to open when the door sees slightest sunlight. These people are only after your money and not interested in customer experience whatsoever . Stay away from this tradesman.
Excellent service by Raju an his team-they supplied an fitter 2 doors for us, very happy with the doors, very competitive prices, an excellent customer service. Highly recommend !
Act like they are doing you a favour. When you are the customer, have called countless times but no one calls back or has been out to measure. Reason from experience quoted to cheap or busy dealing with bigger order so you are not important. Mandy is the culprit as is Steve Panser, yes as you read the reviews you will notice the Boss has given himself a five star review pretty much should explain what these people are about. You have been warned.
