Excellent service from Lisa, Mark and fitter Nicky. We had all our vehicles and mobile plant fitted with 2-way radios, they work really well, exactly what we needed. Coming from a background of no comms knowledge at all, as a private user, I was led through the minefield of many choices by Karla, who's product understanding and ability to communicate complex concepts in a form that even I could understand, was remarkable. She presented a range of options above and (several more) below my price point. Clearly motivated by trying to meet my very specific needs with appropriate kit, as opposed to making a greater profit. Unusual these days. Bespoke software setup was included FOC. The Hytera two-way radios arrived via DPD very quickly and Karla maintained close contact with me throughout the pre and post purchase process, giving confidence that I was fully supported throughout. Very pleased.
